A City That Serves YOU

Each day, I speak directly with neighbors who are fed up with the corruption that permeates our city and local government. It is time to move forward, wipe the slate clean and prioritize our neighbors’ concerns over special interests. As our next City Councilmember:

  1. I will establish a closed-loop system for city services so that it is easier to track and manage your city work requests.

  2. I will fight for accessibility to the city process through expanded public comment, public forums, and participatory budgeting.

  3. I will implement a benchmark system for city projects so that we can better monitor budgetary spending and ensure that projects are completed using the money that is earmarked for those projects.

  4. I will push for all city departments to disclose their budget and spending in a public database.

  5. I will stamp out conflicts of interest in the bidding process for city contracts by requiring public disclosure of all potential conflicts of interest during city contract bids, and will work with the City Clerk and State Ethics Commission on new election guidelines limiting political contributions from city contractors.

As your next Councilmember, it is my duty to listen to and prioritize YOUR concerns. I would love to hear directly from you. Reach out any time at team@lilianaforatlanta.com.
